RETURNS POLICY
Use of the Personalised Hoodies UK Website
By completing your customer registration on our hoodie site then and further placing an order with us, you agree to our terms of sales. A sales contract exists between us only once the goods have been dispatched to you.

Personalisation for Hooded Top

We offer custom printing and embroidery on our hoodies based on the listing shown. In the absence of clear guidelines our design team will interpret your requirements to the best of their ability which will then be non-returnable except where clear errors are made.

Payment of the Personalised Hoodies
We take payments on-line using Paypal. This is a very secure methods of payment and you can use any major debit or credit card which will be processed by PayPal as the merchant. We also take bank transfer or you can send a cheque if you like. If you are a school and wish to place an order via an official school purchase order then email or fax the PO to us.

Returns Policy
If for some reason you are not happy with your hoodie, t shirt or any other item from our site or you have received a faulty item, or if we have made an error in the personalisation phase, please contact us with the order details and we will advise you how to return the item. If the item is defective we will pay for the return postage, and either refund or replace the faulty item. Please do have a proof of delivery back to us may be required.

Personalised hoodies or any other item which we offer or embroidered or printed items may not be returned unless the product is faulty, or we have made an error.

Cancellation of any blank or personalised item
If you have placed an order and then decide you wish to cancel an order by email (using contact form) within 7 days from the day following the date of delivery, unless we have already started to personalise your order. In the event of cancellation of an order all refunds will be issued within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Please do note that delivery costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for returning the item to us in the same condition. If the item is printed then the item cannot be returned unless there is a genuine defect.

Time scale and Delivery of personalised clothing
Please do allow us sufficient time to personalise your order including personalised hoodie, t shirt and other things the according to your instructions, we aim where possible to despatch within 6 working days from receipt of the order.

When we ship orders we mainly used DPD or UKMAIL which are signed so please do ensure that arrangements are made to receive delivery of your purchase. Should you not be  available to receive the goods our courier will leave a card giving contact details for their local depot. The goods will be held at that DPD or UKMAIL depo for a minimum of 7 days and if unclaimed will be returned to us. If the items are sent back to us then we will have to charge for second despatch.

Tax Charges
As per UK law for Ltd company where applicable VAT at 20% is included in our prices. Our VAT number is 374-8705-19
Please note if you are buying any item from outside the U.K., you are responsible for paying any import duties required by the destination country.
