3. Can I order plain hoodies without personalisation?

Absolutely. If you just want a plain hoodie without any print or embroidery, you can order them directly through our website. Many customers choose this option when they want quality blank hoodies for casual wear, sports, or layering.

 

4. What sizes are available for your hoodies?

For most styles, you can order just one personalised hoodie. However, if you’re placing a bulk order for schools, businesses, or events, you’ll benefit from discounted prices.

 

3. Can I upload my own logo, artwork, or design?

Yes. You can upload your own files (such as JPEG, PNG, or PDF) directly on the product page. Whether it’s a business logo, sports team emblem, or personal artwork, we’ll print or embroider it for you.

 

4. Do you provide design assistance if I don’t have artwork ready?

Yes, we do. If you don’t have a finished design, our in-house team can help you create or adjust artwork so it looks great on your hoodie. We can also provide simple text-based designs with custom fonts.

 

5. Can I see a proof of my design before production?

Of course. We send digital mock-ups of your hoodie with the design placement for you to approve before we start production. This way, you can make changes if needed and have peace of mind that the final hoodie will match your expectations.

 

6. Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders for schools, universities, and companies?

Yes, bulk orders are one of our specialities. We regularly work with schools, colleges, sports clubs, and corporate teams. Bulk orders come with discounted pricing, so it’s cost-effective to order in larger quantities.

 

7. How long does it take to produce customised hoodies?

Production time depends on the size of your order and the complexity of your design. For smaller orders, it usually takes 5–7 working days. Larger bulk orders may take a little longer, but we’ll give you an estimated timeline when you place your order.

 

Pricing & Payment

 

1. How much do personalised hoodies cost?

Prices vary depending on the type of hoodie, printing/embroidery method, and the number of items you order. A single custom hoodie will cost more per unit compared to a bulk order. You can see live pricing on our website once you select your options.

 

2. Do you offer discounts for bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes, the more you order, the more you save. We offer tiered discounts for bulk and wholesale purchases, making it affordable for schools, teams, and companies to kit out their groups.

 

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods. For bulk orders, we may also accept bank transfers.

 

4. Are there any setup fees for embroidery or printing?

For embroidery, there may be a one-time setup fee to convert your logo into an embroidery file (known as digitising). Printing usually does not require setup fees. We are transparent with all costs upfront so there are no hidden charges.

 

Delivery & Returns

 

1. How long does delivery take once my order is ready?

Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days within the UK once production is complete. For urgent deadlines, please let us know in advance so we can recommend the fastest option.

 

2. Do you offer next-day delivery for plain hoodies?

Yes, if you order plain, non-customised hoodies, we can arrange next-day delivery (depending on stock and order time).

 

3. Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress until it arrives at your door.

 

4. Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently, we focus on UK deliveries. If you’re outside the UK and interested in placing an order, please contact us to check if shipping can be arranged.

 

5. What are your returns or exchange policy for customised items?

Since personalised products are made specially for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless the hoodie is faulty or the customisation doesn’t match what was approved. Please double-check sizes and spellings before placing your order.

 

6. What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect hoodie?

If your hoodie arrives damaged, faulty, or with the wrong design, please contact us straight away with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your order promptly.
